To purchased at Wholesale from MDEonline, all Dealers must be approved and have provided to MDEonline information and certifications of proof of business.
To become a dealer the first step is to submit the form below.
Next, you will be contacted to set up an account. A copy of proof of Business will be required, (re; State Sales &/or Use Tax Certificate and a business license ,etc) You can scan this and email it to us or fax a copy. Once we have verified your business , we will create an account for your business. You will then be issued a Username and Password to gain access to your to your online wholesale catalog where you can order directly from each product listed.
