Ford/Lincoln/Mercury (PGHFD1 Harness) - If you are installing the PXAMG into a 2009 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicle equipped with an internal satellite radio
tuner you MUST update the module with the latest firmware. Please click here to update your module.
- 2009 Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicles equipped with the new “Center Stack” radio (ie: F-150, Flex, MKS)
that have a SAT button but do not have factory satellite radio ARE NOT compatible with the PXAMG.
- Radios that are
equipped with an internal satellite tuner DO NOT support an auxiliary input or satellite radio through the PXAMG. The factory
auxiliary input & satellite radio will be retained but you CAN NOT add these features with the PXAMG.
- In 2009
Ford changed the radios in the following vehicles halfway through the year from having an external satellite radio tuner to
having an internal satellite radio tuner. These vehicles will not be able to support an Auxiliary input or Satellite radio
through the PXAMG:
- Ford Focus
- Ford Escape
- Mercury Mariner
- Non-navigation radios
must have an "AUX, "Sirius" or "SAT" button to be compatible
- The following vehicles also
require the PGHFD1A harness:

- When using the PGHGM5 harness: Some radios
may have an inactive satellite radio port if not equipped with a factory satellite radio tuner. Please see a dealer for activation
of this port to enable the interface
Honda/Acura (PGHHD1 Harness) - Radio
must have an "XM" button to be compatible (except Civic, see below)
- Vehicles equipped with XM Nav-Traffic
are not compatible

Harness) - Radio must have an "XM" button to be compatible
- Not compatible with navigation

Nissan/Infiniti (PGHNI1/PGHNI2
Harness) - Radio must have a "SAT" button or have "CH", "CHANNEL", "CAT"
or "CATEGORY" printed somewhere on the face of the radio to be compatible. This is usually located near the Tune
or Seek buttons.

- 2007-2008 Nissan Maxima: Non-navigation radios use the PGHNI2 harness
- 2007-2008 Nissan
Maxima: Models equipped with navigation use the PGHNI1 harness
- 2008 Nissan Pathfinder & Armada:
Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
- 2007-2009 Nissan Altima: Models equipped
with navigation are not compatible
- 2009 Nissan Maxima: Models equipped with navigation are not compatible
Subaru
Vehicle Specific Subaru Notes - Forester: Not compatible with factory
installed iPod adapter
Toyota/Scion/Lexus (PGHTY1 Harness) - Radio must have
an "AM-SAT" button to be compatible
- Not compatible in 2009 model vehicles that have an "XM" logo
printed on the face of the radio. These radios have an internal satellite tuner and are not compatible. All other radios without
the logo that have an "AM/SAT" button are compatible.
- If using with the HDRT HD Radio tuner:
Radios with a diversity antenna will need the PGHTY1HD harness in order for the HD tuner to work correctly.
Vehicle
Specific Toyota/Scion/Lexus Notes Lexus - In Lexus vehicles equipped
with factory satellite radio, the satellite tuner will have to be disconnected at the tuner location in order for the PXAMG
to work correctly.
Scion - Not compatible in vehicles equipped with the OEM
Pioneer radio with the OEL display
Toyota - In Toyota vehicles that
are equipped with satellite radio: Unless the satellite radio tuner is branded as an OEM Toyota unit it will have
to be disconnected in order for the PXAMG to work correctly
