DEFECTIVE Returns

The KSI Return Policy:
1 year from Date of shipment on defective products only.
DO NOT USE THE GIFT BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX
  1. Please Include a Packing List When Returning Defective Merchandise.
  2. Return Authorization Numbers are NOT Required.
  3. Returned Products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, And MUST INCLUDE ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES
  4. Products that have a serial number MUST be verified as purchased from KSI.
  5. ANY ITEMS THAT HAVE HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER REMOVED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE COVERED.
  6. A CREDIT MEMO WILL BE ISSUED or REPLACEMENT SENT ON CURRENT MODELS.
  7. A REPAIR TICKET WILL BE ISSUED FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED OR THAT ARE RETURNED INCOMPLETE.
    THESE ITEMS WILL BE SENT TO YOU WHEN REPAIRED.
  8. IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT IS TESTED AND FOUND TO BE WORKING, BY THE VENDOR, THE ITEM WILL BE CHARGED BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
  9. FOR COMPONETS OR ENCLOSURES; RETURN ONLY THE DEFECTIVE COMPONET.
    SEND RETURNS, FREIGHT PREPAID.
