Shipping and Handling

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Generally, All remotes carry a 90 day Mfg Warranty, included with the remote.
Those remotes that do not have a warranty card/slip included in thier packaging may be returned within 90 days of invoice for a replacement.
We make No Cash Refunds. Replacement is our policy.
All products are sold as Wholesale. Florida businesses/properties need to forward their Signed Sales tax certificate via email (scanned copy) or fax to: 1-407-240-2670
